Utah IT Governance Amendments
The bill that might ultimately rearrange Utah’s IT is House Bill 109. Right now its just a boxcar—a place holder that doesn’t have anything in it yet. The bill has been written, but is still being modified. As expected Dave Clark is the sponsor. I expect to see Bev Evan’s name there as well eventually.
