Volunteers Needed
I’m soliciting volunteers to help with a few special projects at UtahPolitics.org. If you’re interested, send us a note.
The biggest project and one that I think would be quite fun is to organize a virtual debate among the candidates for Governor. This needs to be completed before the primaries. I’m looking for someone to help me plan it and then to contact the campaigns, solicit their participation, and manage the submissions. This could be a bit of work, but would be an interesting and worthwhile experience.
I’m also looking for someone to help with PR for UtahPolitics.org. If you’ve got some experience and would like to volunteer some time to increase site visibility, I can use your help.
Finally, I’m looking for people who’d volunteer to follow certain bills and issues this legislative session and report on them once a week or so. If there’s a topic at the legislature that interests you and you’re willing to write about it semi-regularly, then talk to me.
